Project name:
EXPANSION OF MOOG MEDICAL DEVICE GROUP TO LITHUANIA

Aim:
MOOG MEDICAL DEVICE GROUP is one of the worlds’ leaders in advanced technologies of the precision control of motion and fluids. The aim of the project was to rise at least 750.000 Euro of the EU funding for the project of establishing the MOOG MDG medical device manufacturing, R&D and service centre in Lithuania.

ADVANCED ADVICE solution:
ADVANCED ADVICE experts adapted initial plan and budget of the project to meet the requirements of the EU Structural Funds. It was followed by development of the investment project and application for the EU.

ADVANCED ADVICE experts developed the project plan, performed its financial and economic evaluation, identified the possible risks and formulated the ways of mitigating risks. The grant of 780.000 Euro was confirmed.

During implementation of the project ADVANCED ADVICE experts organise public procurement procedures, prepare project reports and payment requests, and provide assistance on other project management issues.
