Project name:
ESTABLISHMENT OF LITHUANIAN FRANCHISE CENTER

Aim:
The aim of the project was to establish a non-profit franchising competence centre thus encouraging the development of franchising in Lithuania. Among other goals project aimed to create a steady public consulting system and to consult at least 2000 enquirers in a three-year period.

Solution:
ADVANCED ADVICE experts were leading the project team and produced a significant part of the outcomes.

The project team established Franchise Center, developed its long-term strategy and short-term programmes. We have created a public consulting system that consists of the proprietary methodology for evaluating franchisors and franchisees and algorithms of acquiring and selling franchises.

The results of the project include more than 200 participants in our trainings, International Franchising Conference organised, first book about franchising in Lithuanian written and published. Franchise Center has been well established, continues to provide its services and have already consulted more than 2000 enquirers in two-year period.
