BARKER TEXTILES specializes in manufacturing of textile blankets, its export amounts to 82 percent of company’s turnover. Main aim of the project was to propose best export promotion solution that would lead the company to export volume increase by 12 percent in three years.
Solution:
Firstly ADVANCED ADVICE experts carried out a comparative research of 5 foreign markets and assessed their relative attractiveness thus creating an export development priority list. In-depth research of two chosen countries was carried out and followed by evaluation of client’s internal resources available.
