On the 2-3rd of December, 2011 the biggest  franchise exhibition of Asia – FRANCHISE INDIA was held in New Delhi. This annual event was organized by the most influential and largest franchising consulting company FRANCHISE INDIA HOLDINGS LTD, a partner of ADVANCED ADVICE. Severin Zilinskis, one of ADVANCED ADVICE franchising experts, was the official delegate at the exhibition this year.

BRAND 4 BALTIC International Franchising Day - A one-day event for all those interested in franchising, franchise market and opportunities for the development of this business model.

BRAND4BALTIC project has recently presented a report on attractiveness of Lithuanian and Latvian regions for franchising. The research project was led by Viktorija Michailovska, Strategy and Process Lab manager of consulting company ADVANCED ADVICE. The target audience of report is intended for franchisors and franchisees interested in business development opportunities in Lithuania and Latvia. The aim of the study is to provide information to franchisors and potential franchisees about conditions for business start-up and development that exist in Lithuanian and Latvian regions, provide a quantitative evaluation of franchising attractiveness of the Lithuanian and Latvian regions and rate the regions their attractiveness for development of various franchises.

Lithuanian Business Employers' Confederation and Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs created a new website of Honorary Consul Congress of the Republic of Lithuania www.honoraryconsuls.lt. This project will encourage co-operation between Honorary Consul Congress of the Republic of Lithuania and Lithuanian business people who are interested in foreign markets and will facilitate searching of business partners abroad.

On the 30th of March the Board of Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) has approved application of consulting company ADVANCED ADVICE for Institutional membership of BMDA. ADVANCED ADVICE will work together with universities of the Baltic region.

On the 4^th of March, 2011 a brand new website of project BRAND4BALTIC www.brand4baltic.lt was launched. The project is implemented under Latvia and Lithuania Cross Border Cooperation Programme.

Idea to create this portal arose during the 4th Convention of Honorary Consuls of Lithuania in Vilnius on 14-16 July 2010.

Director of consulting company ADVANCED ADVICE Mr. Ilja Malkin will attend The 5th Honorary Consul Congress of the Republic of Lithuania and present the report „Lithuanian Small and Medium Enterprises facing global economy – challenges and opportunities”.
